Infrastructure, data, fleets of services — powerful and unforgiving. Operating them has always meant a specialist standing in between: the DBA, the SRE, the platform engineer, the person who knows which lever not to pull. Cachenetics is that in-between, rebuilt as software. The person states intent; the complexity resolves itself; nothing happens off the record.

We build two threads of that fabric, and we build both. substrate is the deterministic thread — an auditable environment that executes, verifies, records, and refuses. cache is the agentic thread — judgment that decides, learns, and refuses on the user's behalf. They stay structurally apart, so every action carries both a decision and a proof.

Cachenetics runs on Cachenetics tooling. The development infrastructure is the first production deployment of the product.

The company's own CI, its merge history, and the autonomous fleet that watches over them are all driven by substrate and cache. This is not dog-fooding — using your own product after it ships. It is deploying the product before it ships, on the infrastructure that builds it, so the proof runs before the pitch.

Does it work? It is running the shop right now — merging green changes, retrying failed pipelines, scaling runners, redeploying on drift, autonomously. Can you verify it? The oplog is hash-chained and queryable; every autonomous action has a receipt. And it is the company's fastest feedback loop: friction the operator hits becomes a fix, the fix becomes a new reasoner or memory, and the next session inherits it. The shop improves the tooling that runs the shop.
